I'm still dumbfounded by Mike Marshall. I've spoken to him maybe a few times in the past year, and when I called the other day he recognized my voice, knew my name and my client's name without the aid of caller ID!! The service turn around time is always super quick. Also, I'm always advised on the most economical way to schedule pickups and deliveries.
